S2611 - increase in H1B cap from 65k to 115k

US Senate approves doubling H1 B visas
Doubling of H1B quota Hi, an attorney will be filing a visa on behalf of my employer in the coming week. Since the quota is close to full(~49000), i wanted to know if this increase in the quota will be effected immediately, when it has all the neccesary approvals(i.e. FY2007).- varunmahajan
