Spouse AP while outside USA My wife left USA to India a few months ago without an approved AP but has valid H4 visa (not stamped). I have valid H1 but am working on EAD as we both entered USA last year on AP. We are both in Adjust of Status 485 priority date Sept 2006 EB2. What is the best way...- valeris4

How to Cancel Spouse GC
485 Pending I-485 is pending for me and my wife because of priority date not current. She is my dependent and we both are in USA. Is it possible for me to cancel/revoke her 485 application? Please advice.- valeris4
