    Applying B1 Visa for in-laws(first time rejected)

    HI: My brother-in-law had already applied once for them and was rejected with reason as 214b. He is a US citizen. It is more than a year now after rejection and he decided not to re-apply. Now i am planning to apply for them(I am GC holder). Could somebody please tell me if it is better...
