Well she did actually wrote letter to INS and it has been cancelled- can i still go back to school i was doing my MBA and renew i-20?

she didnt cancel anything... she just told me she did- thanks guys i will keep you updated-

i filed for AOS package couple of months and got my finger printing done and everything..we are a new couple so couple of days ago we had a major argument, my wife got emotional and contacted her attorney and told him to send a letter to INS cancel my request for everything, she called again...

just an update- i got my finger printing letter yesterday, for aos and employment authorization.

hi everyone, i applied for AOS, with employment authorization an i-485/i-130 2 weeks ago ...got a couple of responses in mail after 8 days saying i should get a letter for finger printing..and stuff. I am on f-1 and i am doing my masters, i messed up last semester and got a F in one of these...

so basically nothing needs to be notarized? in the whole AOS package?

also does the affidavit of support needs to be NOTARIZED? i read few places that i dont need to do it and even in the i-834 documents it's not mentioned anywhere
