Ead And H4
My wife is on H4 visa valid up to 01/10/2006. She got the EAD. After that we applied SSN for her using EAD. But she is not working. Is her H4 expired since she used her EAD to apply SSN?. Is her H4 still valid?. Can she go india using H4 without using Parole. Please advice. Thanks- usgreencard111
