Promotion during I140/I485 pending
Presently I am a senior software engineer, It's been approx 3 months since my I140/485 has been applied. I have received my EAD. My company wants to promote me from senior software engineer to Principal engineer. But attorneys says this is not possible during this stage of GC processing...- upgrade_myself
