I am a u.s. citizen. was married to someone from india. we got divorced after 2 years. he was denied citizenship the officer said he suspected fraud marriage. which is not the case we were legally and trully married. due to personal reasons we got divorced. he had a chance to appeal the denial. he didnt. he has a greencard. but wants to become a u.s. citizen. what can he do?
