My I485 has been pending in Florida since 2005(stuck in NC). But I recently have moved to Oregon. Will this impact my nc process? If I decide to file Mandamus, should I file it from my current state or Florida? Also, could anyone recommend a good lawyer in Portland,OR area? Thanks much!

have contacted congressman(through family connection) more than once-no results other than "nc not cleared"... could someone tell me what's the most effective thing to do at this point? FOIPA request? call fbi? mandamus? Or should I keep pushing my congressman? thanks much.
