Hello, I hold H1B visa, Start date: 8 Dec 2005 Expiry date: 1 Oct 2008 I have not entered US till now. Can someone confirm that my visa is still valid or not. Someone told me that there is a possibility my visa may be treated against the H1 quota due to the time spent outside the US...
