what is I-512L did you ask them or have you found out what is the diffrence in I-512L(Authorization for Parole of an Alien into the United States) or normal Advance Parole.

140 approval. now did your lawyer received this 3 denials after the 140 was approved, and pending 180 days of 485. or were they before the 180 days of filling. also did these 3 people had sent the AC 21 documents. this whole thing on this forum nowadays is confusing lot of people here...

Can we renew the AP when the person is in india. My spouse 485 application is at local service center, Newark. we are travelling to india on 8th Oct. I will be back on 12th Nov. her AD parole will expire on 30 Jan 05. and she want to come back by Feb/MARCH(as she has to appear for exams)...
