    name change after filling I-693

    Hi, I am trying to get the green card through marriage. I got the form I-693 before marriage, and after the wedding, I changed my family name. thus, the name on I-693 is my maiden name. I am wondering if I have to get a new I-693 with my new name on it. Thanks!
