after filing 140, how can my husband answer the qustion in 156
Primary Applicant in the filing If you are the beneficiary of I-140, then your husband should say No for prior immigration visa petition. If your husband is the beneficiary, then he should say Yes. Answering Yes doesnot automatically disqualify the visa petition.- tsnathan
