Hello, My h1-b will be expiring on 21st Aug'05 as I am completing 6 years of my stay. I will be leaving to India on 18th Aug'05. Am I eligible to apply for a new h1-b in the October quota and use that new h1 to come back to US in next year August? Your feedback in this regard is...
