    I jumped into the same boat My lawyer told me my I485 case is pending for FBI's security check also. I'll try to have my lawyer contact FBI. Concurrently filing I140 and I485 on August 20, 2003. AP and 140 were approved at the end of March 2004.

    I140's with Labor Sub -- Pls Update CT123,140_140_140

    RFE about my just approved I140 INS asked for the company's finacial ability to pay me the specified money. Since my company has more than 100 employee, so the CFO just signed a letter saying that company's financial situation is good, blah blah. That's it.

    First AP/140/EAD approved EB2 Received date: August 20, 2003. RFE for I140 replied on Jan. 20, 2004. 140/EAD/AP approved on: March 26.
