Did anybody recently apply form I-90 for Data correction on the plastic card? The question is do we have to go to INS in person to apply or can I go through my attorney? In my case INS miss spelt my name on the card and I have to get it corrected.
Can anybody guide me?
I recently recieved the actual plastic card after my passport has been stamped. I noticed that my last name has been slightly miss spelt in the card. One alphabet is missing from my lastname. What is the procedure to get it corrected?
Also is it ok to travel outside usa with the card on which...
ramanathansunda... U R right. It gives me stability to move. But hope INS sends the card to my Attorney. As there is a strong possibility that I might move.
When I went to stamping on my passport I was given an option for mailing the card. The officer asked me if the card has to be sent to me or the attorney. I said attorney would be fine. And the officer also noted it on my approval notice that the card has to be mailed to the attorny's office. Now...
There have been a lot of approvals these days. Did anybody recieve the actual card after being approved? How long is it currently taking to get the card after the passports have been stamped.
Also are the cards sent to the applicant or the lawyer?
I did not do that... You have to mention the years for which you have paid taxes... I guess... Its been so long that I filled I-485... Cant remember exactly but it is something like that.:D
I have not. I am still waiting for my approval letter. I had an address change and also notified TSC about it. I have to wait and see where they will send my approval notice. I will keep you posted.
