Hi Iam Tina. I hold H-1 B Visa for a good company. My concern is, recently i got a proposal. Guy holds H-1 B visa but lost his job 2 months back. He is on H-1 B VISA for 6 years and this is his last year. In his 6years H-1B VISA he doesnot have pay slips for 2 years. My concern is if gets H-4 will he be able to apply for green card or H-1 visa again. Thanks.
