Hello - My 485 has been denied due to withdrawl of affidavit of support from my husband. I have reconciled with my husband and would like to proceed further. Please let me know what my options are. We have been talking to various attorneys. Some say that I should refile and some say that I should file a motion to reopen the case. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
