Help on DOL mistake
My PD was 12/01/2004 and PERM was filed 09/2006 with retention PD. Today got a call from attorney and was shocked MY PERM was approved but DOL changed my PD to 09/2006 instead of 12/2004. DOL did no explain what exacly caused this change. attonery stated that they have carefully...
