Thanks Nemu for the advice. In checking out some of the links and forums on Fulbright, many of them talk about "Fulbright Scholars". Is this the same situation as the Fulbright teacher exchange program?

Hello and thanks, Here's my question. My girlfriend in the UK just completed a fulbright teacher exchange in the USA this past July, and is now subject to the 2 year HRR. What is the best way for her to get a J1 waiver in this situation? Would a "No Objection" appeal work? All the USA and UK...
