Applying for H1B without attorney

Hello all...I need to know if we can apply for H1B without the help of an attorney. If we can how safe is it? I already have an approved LCA. If i need an attorney kindly let me know the attornet info u guyz know like their email or phone and the fee they charge?? thank you
