    Thanks!!! Wow...thanks for such a detailed post. I live in Phoenix, AZ and I have been wondering whether to go to Nogales to get my wife's H4 to H1 stamping or go to some other place like Metamorous, Mexico or Vancouver, Canada. Your post makes me comfortable that Nogales is not a bad choice...
