Well I don't know anything about I-130 because it was done by my relatives living in US.. But about DS 230 which I had to sign.. It was sent around 2 weeks ago but there is no response from them as on now.. I think it'll take some more time may be 2-3 weeks..
When did you send your DS 230 ?.. And check to it that you might not have received their notification.. May be the letter they sent might not have reached you.. Just go to the website of Mumbai Consulate and check for your number in the list for the interview appointment dates for immigrants.. The dates are available for August and September..
If your number isn't there then you should give a call or and e-mail to the NVC inquiring about your status..
