    going out of us while 485 pending

    If my company transfers me back to India while my 485 is pending (over one year). Can the processing continue? Will going out of US create any problem?

    I140 revocation

    I am considering a job change and my 485 is pending for last 13 months. Can anybody tell me how a company can revoke I140(What documetation). How much time INS takes to handle this kind of revocation?
