Can I-140 or I-485 be cancelled or replaced if one is fired?
No Title Thank you Baba Yaga. My lawyer hasn\'t applied for EAD as i am not married. He told me that if we apply for EAD, it takes very long to get my future wife to USA. So what do you suggest? But can my I-140 be replaced? Thanks- tensedboy
