My I-140 and 485 is not approved yet and I am working on EAD right now. USCIS has requested additional info about my employment from my employer. I left my employer on a good term and they have kept my I-140, 485 and H1B active. My employer`s company is either closed or merged with another company. My employer is responding to the querry saying that I am a perpective employee of the company.
I would like to know:-
1) Whether or not my I-140 could get transfered to a different company, if I find another sponsor.
2) What are my chances of getting my I-140 approved with my employer.
3) If in case my I-140 gets cancelled by USCIS, will my 485 goes dead as well.
