URGENT: As an H1B Can I take W2 and 1099 from my employer
$49,000 is my salary on 7th year H1B extension on July 2006. previously I was working at $43,000. At the end of the year my employer gave me w2 of $43,000. when I remind that my salary is $49,000 since last 6 months, now they are giving me 1099 of $3,000 as nonemployee compensation...- target
