For both first and second line ? First line, it asks for City and State and second line for full address. So for both it Should be where the ceremony is taking place correct ??

Hey guys question . Do I fill the 2nd page of my ceremony letter at my house the day of my ceremony. Or should I fill it out at the place where ceremony is held at? The reason I'm asking OS because its asking me for an address after my signature. Thanks in advance for your help .:)

Thank you so much guys. I wanted to let you guys know thatI just recieved my Oath letter. However I recevied 2 of them One says Applicant copy. They both have the same date and time and place. Is that Normal?

I wasn't put on probation at all. The Judge told me to go home and be nice to my parents and brother and sister. I paid the fine and went home.
