Long journey over with Baba's grace. It was around 2 years to say my case approved. RD: Mar 27, 2002 FP2: Oct 2003 RFE response rcvd: Feb 10, 2004 Approved today. Who gets the approval notice (lawyer or applicant)?. Good luck to you all.....

Hi 2001_Oct, On 1/27 I got RFE for Employement verification letter and G-325 update. You need to update G-325 with your current address. I sent my response on 2/6. Online message changed on 2/10 saying that response received. Mine is Mar 02 RD. Good Luck.

with in 14 days. Last week my lawyer received RFE notice with in a week. RFE for Employee Verification letter and G-325 update.

Yesterday I also received RFE for Employee Verification letter and G-325 form update. Mar RD.

As per website, BCIS issued an RFE on 12/27. Yesterday my lawyer received RFE documents. RFE is for "CIS is requesting a completed Form G-325A, Biographic Information sheet and also an employer verification letter ".

As per online RFE issued on 01/27 to get additional information. Who gets RFE (lawyer or applicant)? I think RFE triggerd because of 3rd EAD & AP applied.

I did in Oct. Still the old message. Not sure what the hell they r doing.
