Running out of options
We were told that since my PR was approved 4 days before we got married we have to file for I-130. Had we gotten married a week before my PR aproval my wife could have gotten the PR much easily as I was on H1 that time.- takingforever

got my PR 4 days before I got married in Jan 02. Filed I-130 for my wife (F1) in May 02. Wife's F1/PT expiring in Sept 05. What are my options now? Thanks- takingforever
