    employers dont understand EAD

    I have EAD. But If I tell employers I have EAD, they say they accept only green card for employment? They dont understand that EAD can also be used like green card. Anyone in the same situation? or Should I explain them differently?

    no receipt notice

    I applied 485 on Jan 2nd. So far I did not receive any receipt. Anyone applied on or after Jan 2nd got receipt notice ?
