Hi; One of my friend wants to xfer his L1 to H1. I would like to know what is the exact procedure to do so. 1) Can he xfer his visa rightway or do he need wait for any specific time ? 2) Will the visa will be treated as a Xfer or do we need to file a new H1. Thanks
