    Waiting on 485 approval, have EAD, finger printing done

    I am waiting on my 485 approval. We(I and my wife)have received our EAD. Our finger printing is done. It is been 9 months since I applied for my 485 approval. My wife is currently on H1 with company X. Can my wife leave company X and work with company Y on EAD ?.
