My ex-husband abuse me and try to stop me for getting my PR. After 10 years struggle with him, me and my daughter finally get our PR and become a US Citizen. My PR case was granted by an Immigration Judge. INS lost my son's file leaving my son without status in the US. Later INS found his file but told me that my son PR has been denied because he did not come to interview. They present him with a letter and inside the letter say that his PR has been denial and he need to leave US. Then they asked my son signed that letter and give him a copy. Now I just want my son's case go smoothly under my petition. His PD is almost current, I need to prepare for his I-485. I have a few question I need to clarify before I fill up the form
1. in the I485 Part 3 there is a question asking Have you ever applied for permanent resident status in the US?. Yes or No. What should I fill up
