Q1. I entered US on 2/10/03 with a visa on Employer A with a validity upto 1/2/06 and have not gone out since then. My H1B has been transferred meanwhile by another employer with a validity upto 1/30/08. If I want to go out to Canada or mexico, I am afraid it will take 4 weeks to get visit visa...
