Dear Gurus, I received my EAD but Advance Parole is pending. My H1 is valid till Dec2005 and working for the same company. I am traveling to India this month. DO I NEED AD? Looking forward for a sincere advice. I may cancel my visit if there is any risk involved. YOUR HELP IS GREATLY...

Dear Member, Please advice that do I need the PCC from Indian Consulate and Local Police Station in India as well? Also please provide me the sample Birth Certificate becasue there is no goverment record for my birth. Thanks

Q1 I-140 had approved on 9/02 but the salary in labor was higher than actual. Attorney is asking to wait for increase in salary. Is there any way to file CP or AOJ in this situation? Q2 If I change the employer same I-140 can be used? :confused:
