hello everyone i would like to know something.apply for asylum 04/09,interview 05/09,immigration court june,16.2009.i received a letter for removal due i missed my court date june,03,09,i didn't know they move my court date early i didn't receive any letter to appear.so i don't know why they put me on deportation not my fault but their fault so i hired a lawyer to reopen my case in june,08,2009 they sent a letter for my lawyer they found my letter since then i didn't hear anything from them.i would like to know if the gonna reopen my case.and my husband is a us citizen we got kids here can apply for a green card
