walk-in AP after 90 days So, do you mean that after 90 days, you need not have a valid reason to ask for an AP from local INS office (I am in San Jose)?? Please let me know, because I am way past 90 days (RD: 08/06/01) and haven\'t got my AP yet. please help !!!!
