7th year H1 extension after PERM application
My current H1 is getting over in Sep'06. I hv not applied for a labor clearance yet. Since per the PERM process, labor is supposed to be clear within 3 months, will I get my 7th year H1 extension if my labor is cleared on May'06? I guess my question is w.r.t old LC method & new PERM process and...
