I have moved to Canada last year on permanent basis, while working in USA I have also applied my green card and my I -140 was approved under EB3 category. Dates for I -485 under EB3 are not current yet as of January 2011 visa bulletin and I am falling under (All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed) area. Can any one on this forum guide me what to do when my priority date will become current can I use counselor processing option or use adjustment of status option? Thanks
