I got my GC Approved without any RFE even though I switched jobs after 180 days. I did not send any letter to INS. Approval on Dec 31 2003 ND : June 23, 2002

My address and job locations were unchanged during the switch.

I switched jobs during March 2003. I did not send a letter or inform VSC about the switch. I guessed that if one switches jobs using EAD then he/she is bound to get an RFE. So why inform ?. Moreover, How do you inform them is the question ? There are no definite forms like AR-11. I know...

We got a New Year surprise when we saw that our cases were approved after 1 1/2 years. In fact I was waiting for an RFE of sorts as I had switched companies under AC21 law, but got approved without any !! My details are below PD : Dec 5, 2001 RD : June 17, 2002 ND : June 23, 2002...
