Hi..mine is a strange case..I applied for a K1 visa in mid 2004..did everything..but during the interview at the consular..they noticed that on my application was a mistake..my fiance wrote "single" instead of "divorced" after showing the consular officer my divorce papers..he said the package...

I cant..coz of the must meet within 2yrs rule..so I thought better to fly her out to me and marry her..but first i will have her call them..first and play dumb..dunno about them rules..we were waiting coz texas backlogs and stuff..they wil find my file..coz maybe they didn't send it back to the...

I am not married..my status right now and hers has not changed since then..so cant she tell em we were waiting all this time patiently..coz she or I didn't hear anything from them or the embassy! maybe they misplaced it or something!

sorry, I meant CR1 immigrant visa....I am not married yet..the woman I intend to marry..I applied for a K1 visa like 4 years ago..it was approved by USCIS 4 years ago..but my fiance..made a typing error..she wrote single instead of divorce..I passed all my medicals..everything the embassy...

Hi, which is better for my US wife sponsor to apply for..a K3 or direct GC..aren't the processing times the same..like 6 months? Ty in advance..

Hi ppl..I am new here..great forum.. I need your help. Let me start with a quick bio background on myself.. I first went to the USA 1990 on a F1..quit college 1992...deported 1994.. reason out of status! Did my 5 years of deportation out of country..(it was 5 yrs then...I think its 10 yrs...
