Better Off You are still better off, because you have option open to look for a pre-approved labor. Some employers can to do that for some money. One of my friend did that. Secondly, you can stay away for 1 year then come back on a fresh H1 and file for GC, hopefully that will be fast...

45 Day Letter What I heard about this is Once they receive the case at BEC they sent a letter to the employer / lawyer asking if the candidate still works with the same company with a validity of 45 days to respond. If there is no response they just close the case and move on to the next one...

Denied I got a notification that my case is denied after 2 NOFs. Reason: US Workers are available. Good luck to all who are waiting!!!

You still have quite a time left on your H1. I would suggest either to file the Canadian PR (which takes 12-18 months) or Australia (no idea on timeline). When was your case filed? Could you please brief on the timeline? Is Sprint not willing to Appeal?

That's really a bad news! I don't know about anyone, but there are people I know are in their 7th year extension and if their cases are denied how long can they stay in US? Can they stay till their H1B is valid for the 7th year? If anyone knows about this law or can send a URL for the site.

I noticed the change too. I received a letter from the lawyer stating that some of the cases which received NOF have been denied. I do not know if Sprint will appeal those cases or not. Also cases with no NOF issued will be sent to BRC.

Will they continue my labor? If I quit Sprint, will they continue or withdraw my Labor?

Its been over 1 month since they replied the 2nd NOF and currently the chicago office is moving to a new location also they are preparing for the PERM process. There are no updates on how they will handle all these cases. We can only wait and see how and when they process these cases.

I got the same response too. The reason is Chicago office is moving to a different location. After the move is "successfully" completed then you can get the status on the cases.
