    H1B extension - Working in a different location than in LCA? H1B scrutiny?

    Telecommuniting? Hello Amber, Does this apply if I'm telecommuting? I live in New Jersey but I work for a company in Washington DC remotely. My LCA is Washington, DC. I'm I at risk? If so, How can I remedy this for an extension? My first 3 years on the H1B runs out october next year.
