In my case, I sent my papers to wrong service center and they asked me to resubmit application to correct one, sending me all docs back in 3 weeks. I hope that if they didn't send you a papers back then they are in right place at least. But I don't know what they do if application is incomplete...

If after 3 years application is not approved then my spouse will be eligible for V-1 visa. So it is only :rolleyes: 25 months to wait until she can apply for V-1 visa.
