keeping the PD of earlier approved LC???
I have a question. My husband filed for LC with Company A with PD of Feb 2002. The I-140 also got approved. After that he shifted to a new company which applied for a fresh LC on March 2005 and which is presently in Philly backlog center. My question is that if we apply for LC under PERM now...
