    LUDs in DEC 2007 - PLEASE SHARE HERE

    2 LUD's here too. My spouse & my 485's recd. 2 consecutive LUD's too,on 12/19 & 12/20.Wonder whats going on.:confused: BTW,we didn't do anything to get the LUD's...no calls to USCIS,no SR,no INFOPASS.

    Well...came to US of A in Dec 98,applied for Labor #1 in June 99,from CA,company shut down during 2000 November,Labor approved March 2001 :(.Applied second labor in Dec 2003,approved May 2007.I140/485 applied June 2007. Waiting for approval.

    Finally Approooved - EB3 (India) -PD:12/2003

    Congrats GC_04.My PD is the exact same as yours but I had to wait until May of 2007 to get my Labor cleared :(So,filed 140/485 concurrently in June 07.Yet to hear anything abt either one,though my EAD/AP came through.Hope my journey will end this year,though I dont hold much hopes... :(
