Followup to original question. I just found out that I have a valid H1 until Feb 24, 2003 - possibly a mistake by the INS since my 6 years run out on Feb 12, 2002. Can I continue working in the US until 2003. What are the implications ?

6 years expiring Feb 12, 2002. Laid off by company A on Feb 2001. I 140 approval by company A on Feb 2001. PD with Company A Sep 2000. Working for Company B since April 2001. I have not filed for GC through company B yet. What are my options. If I file for GC now thru company B, can I...
