I have an EAD and I am waiting for I 140 approval. But in the mean time my H1B is getting expired by Sept 29th 2003 I filed for i140 in Nov 2002. Can I continue working on EAD and wait for I140 Approval. Or will be risk taking without doing H1 extension and if there is any problem...

I am not really sure...but I guess it might be worser than here ,Since the same companies here are also existing there. But being a landed immigrant we can always have many other job resources other than IT. Sreeya
