    Motion to Reconsider

    My I-485 Emp. based file was denied recently and my attorney filled a motion to reconsider in June. Does anyone know how long it take for an answer?? Also my families work EAD are now cancelled and we are doing nothing but waiting, any idea what we can do till we get an answer? :confused:
