Dear All, I am currently on L1 (for past 3.5 years). I will be joining US B-School next Fall (July'08...when I would have finished 4 yrs in L1). Assuming all goes well and I get a H1 job after my studies, I want to know if the 4 years I spent in L1 will still be counted towards the H1...
